f I could give a 0 star I would. I had a parcel collected from myself on the 7th December, no further tracking update, so made an enquiry on the 11th December, no reply but tracking updated 12th Dec to say on way back to sender (me being the sender) no further update since then, no help on the phone, their online "Holly" is no help as they haven't bothered to look into my enquiry so can not get an update on there, twitter Hermes have just ignored and Facebook you delete all my comments asking for help!!! As it was my brother and his partners gift inside I had to reorder all their gifts and resend (used royal mail, funnily it all arrived fine with them) no doubt you'll ignore this too... Just incase you do read its order number 9716967757303815
