Hermes are a terrible courier. I can accept that at times parcels go missing in a system which delivers thousands of parcels.
What is totally unacceptable is the Hermes response once a parcel goes missing. They are impossible to talk to, their website promises response from real people, this is a lie. The website phone numbers are either incorrect or you cannot speak to anyone. If you wish to make a complaint, well good luck with that! Whatever you do, do not use this company!
