Easy to take your money but service and communication is non existent. Had 3 conversations opened with their robot Holly but nothing happens as they just send you a reference number on email. I eventually did speak to someone where i got a refund and i was told i had to go through the buying process again. Being a mug, i did just that. Next day, they arrived and was told that the box was too big for his car. He said he will contact local office and someone will pick up later. What a load of bo..ocks. No one came or no emails to clarify situation. Phoned up another company who promptly arrived the next day in full uniform and a large van with professional logo rather than a scruffy boy in jeans and crappy estate car that looks like it was going to die. Im not holding my breath for a refund or even the courtesy to be contacted. Hermes should be ashamed of themselves for calling themselves a courier company.
