ONLY ONE DELIVERY ATTEMPT THEN IT GETS RETURNED. Thiswas the response I got 1549163816376187 Hi my name is Michael and I work within customer services. I am sorry for any delay or inconvenience whilst we have been looking into the issues facing your parcel's delivery. I have checked the tracking and can see only one delivery attempt by the courier as you have mentioned. It seems our depot had marked the item as having three delivery attempts incorrectly. and they have sent the parcel back to the retailer. this has now returned At this point i would advise you to contact the retailer and they would be able to send a new item or refund to you.
