I honestly think there are 2 options. either they are new employees and thieves permanently, or it is a scam. The strange thing is that I had problems with "my hermes" ( my packages never arrived last year ), but this year they came on time. I don't know what's going on but it's extremely odd. It should disband and change this name, becoming serious about hiring people. In other shipping's companies, I never had a problem.
Doesn't anyone really investigate what is happening with this company?
I'm thinking of making a complaint in court.
