For the second time in two weeks, Hermes have managed to not deliver a parcel. They have my address and phone number, yet somehow they are unable to deliver. I get plenty of deliveries from other companies, Royal Mail, Deliveroo...only Hermes ever struggle delivering. It's getting beyond ridiculous at this point - and they absolutely can't be bothered to even pretend to care.
Call them? They don't pick up. Email them? IF they respond, it'll be a week later, with a non-answer like 'sorry, it was an error'. Try their website? Their 'chat' is just a bot that mostly points you round in circles. I can't believe a company that so brazenly doesn't care is still in business, after thousands of people complaining about it publicly. The mind boggles. Why does anyone use these people in 2021?
