First tried to tell me that my 200g parcel weighed 2kg and told me that i had to pay the difference and a fine. (It took my 2 hours to make an appeal). Then they lost 7 of my parcels, then hung up on me after i waited 35mins to speak to an advisor. Worst service i've ever received in my life.
If i could give less than 1 star I would.
Their live chat is a useless robot and they never respond to emails.
