I ordered a parcel 4/1/21. Delivery due date 12/1/21. Notice appeared on my tracking on the 29/1/21 "Sorry but there has been a delay to your parcel, it will be moving again in 24 hours". It's 25/2, I've tried contacting them but their automated service says the message above without details.
This isn't my first issue with them. I genuinely hate the company, anybody that does business with them is an idiot.
