After paying Hermes to deliver a parcel they sent me a further invoice for more than double the amount as they said the parcel was 'oversized'. I paid the invoice and heard nothing more, the parcel was not delivered to the recipient so I called to question why. I was told the correct tracking information was not on the parcel, I provided all the correct information and was told my parcel would be delivered to the recipient within 48hrs.
I arrived home and the parcel had been instead sent to my home address. After calling Hermes again I was told I would receive a full refund for both the amounts I had originally paid within 2 days and I would need to pay again to send the parcel with a new tracking number. Although I would receive a 100% refund for this payment.
I paid and sent the parcel again. I did not receive either refund. I have since called Hernes a further two times and each time been told I will receive my refund for the original amount within 2 days. This has never materialised. They have also said they are not now giving me a 100% refund for the third amount I had to pay for them to deliver my parcel as promised. I have sent two emails with no reply.
Altogether Hermes have been completely unprofessional and I will not be using them again or recommending them!
