Absolutely Pathetic delivery company, they have so far lost 5 parcels with no compensation..They have made it very easy so the claim process is always in their favour..
Items sent with tracking and return address are never located, sent to receiver or even returned to sender
Clearly a bunch of incompetance at the regional hub
