Awful and useless
I used hermes to send a disabled scooter
This parcel never arrived and i was told (after countless attempts to contact this company) that the item was damaged so hermes destroyed it, without speaking with me. How a metal scooter can be destroyed is beyond me, but to not contact me regarding this is absolutely appalling
