Disgraceful customer service.
A small parcel to return has been on my doorstep for a week waiting for Hermes to collect. The website states that a courier tried to collect it, but there was no reply. That is false. We are 'shielding' and do not leave the house. The parcel is also in clear view. It then states they will return the next working day. 4 working days later and the parcel is still on the doorstep. A phone call to Hermes resulted in a conversation with a 'robot' who told me, word for word, what was stated on the Hermes website. There is no possibility to speak with any person in order to resolve this problem. Absolutely disgraceful customer service, if you can call it a 'service' at all.
It should be noted that MyHermes and Hermes are the same company.
