I used this company to return an item of clothing, purchased online. Parcel sent 22nd February, Hermes tracking then did not recognise the number on the Hermes receipt.
The clothing item did not reach its destination until 3rd March and I found that it had arrived, finally, by ringing the recipient company.
Absolutely dreadful service. No explanation, or apology from Hermes for all the time it seemed lost in transit.
I will avoid Hermes and any company that uses them, in future and suggest you do, likewise.
