Their service is terrible.
I missed my parcel on Saturday, then I never have redelivery for 6 days. Even though Hermes said they will deliver next day.
This is not the first time. They lost 5 parcels of mine last year.
There is no one to talk either. Their website telling a lie that customers could speak to person.
