Only send something if you want it broken.
Out of about six parcels sent over the period of a couple of weeks, two arrived damaged even though they were very well packed, it makes me wonder if the couriers play football with them, when I made a claim it turns out that the list of excluded items is so comprehensive that Hermes are able to get away with not paying compensation for anything, it seems as if the only items not on the exclusions list is the box you send it in.
