I sent a parcel to a friend for her birthday and the parcel seems to have gone missing, I can't say how upset and disappointed I am!
I also sell a few things through ebay and two parcels have gone missing recently, apparently delivered to the wrong addresses. I am told by a customer advisor that it is very rare for parcels to go missing but I really don't believe that... it seems to keep happening to me.
