1. tracking goes from 5-7pm then 6-8 then7-9 then slight delay that means no delivery that day.
Next day the same tracking appear.
These repeats for 3-4 or even 5 days.
Expect delays up to 5 days.
Tracking robot on the phone or Live Chat robot only repeat same answer. No customer service no human being to talk to. The worst courier. Nothing can be done on the receiving end. Why are companies like Zara, TKmaxx still use Hermes? Yodel, DOD, Royal Mail are much more reliable. And they actually deliver your parcel when they say they’ll.
