Next day delivery service is a joke
Can’t speak to a human to get it resolved
The reply 2 days later just says “query resolved” and that parcel will take another 72 hours to be delivered. Query is very much not resolved . No use when Mother’s Day is today! No offer of refund. Terrible service will never use again
