If it is breakable they will brake it no matter how well you protect the item. Loose as many as they deliver. Takes forever to get a response off them (even the CEO does not answer) Even after they admit they lost parcels I still have to wait 28 days for my money? HERMES ARE A JOKE AVOIDE DO NOT USE.
