Paid next day delivery. Was received by Hermes on time and this is the fourth day of receiving an email saying it is with my local friendly courier to be delivered with a two hour time window. Only to receive another message every day to say there has been a delay.
I live 1 mile down a country road which is easily accessible, but I feel the courier can’t be bothered driving down just to my house. I never had a problem before Christmas but they must have a new driver. This is the fifth parcel in a row that has been delayed.
All other companies and supermarkets deliver to me on time.
There is no customer service help available.
Shocking. I advise companies not to use as now, before I buy online, I will be checking who they use to deliver their parcels.
