An email alert after a missed delivery asked me to contact my local Post Office.
My local Post Office don't understand why Hermes asked me to contact them.
The Link to the tracking information is far from customer friendly. Too many unrelated options, pop ups and screens.
The local couriers lack normal social skills and seem not to give a damn.
In future, I will not be buying anything online that is given to this courier.
