I have had three messages from Hermes on three separate days stating that the driver has problems with the delivery address. It also states, 'not to worry, we'll deliver again tomorrow.'
It is impossible to talk to anyone as the phone line is automated and it is also an automated chat on their web site which is worse than useless. I have no idea what their problem is yet that have my telephone number to call. If anyone from Hermes reads this, or is in the least bit interested about service, they should know that I have contacted the online store (Dunelm) stating that I cannot make any further purchases from them as their chosen courier service is so utterly unreliable.
