Paid to have 2 parcels collected on Tuesday it's now Sunday and I'm still waiting. My husband waited in all day on Tuesday and we never heard from them. Tried calling and you can only get through with a tracking number which for some reason doesnt work. Found their email through PayPal (nowhere on their website is there any way of contacting them without a tracking number) emailed on Thursday still waiting for a reply.
