Why are traders still using Hermes. By doing so I cannot understand why we as customers are not valued. We readily pay for items, but are being subjected to a appalling delivery service. My own experience is one of lies,being not in when I was, I live in a retirement complex with a push button entry system, and can prove they are lieing, next told a new delivery slot on the next working day, that was 6 days ago, involved Tower, where I bought the product from, they as yet been able to get a response. I fully endorse all the bad reviews concerning Hermes, have now asked to cancel my order and have a refund, been told that Hermes have been contacted by Tower and have the right to reply. I find this totally unacceptable, there seem to be more tolerance to Hermes than me their customer. Finally I would ask all who read these reviews, please take my advice, if they use Hermes, AVOID.
