Ordered a replacement floor mat for the driver's side of my soon-to-be-returned lease car. It was supposed to be delivered 16/4/21, supplier gave me a tracking number; I don't think I need to tell you that it didn't turn up. Check Hermes website - 'We're waiting for your parcel'. YOU HAVE HAD IT FOR DAYS.
So now, when my car is returned on 19/04/21 I am at the mercy of the lease firm and their creative pricing schedule. If Hermes can get their act together for long enough to actually deliver my parcel, I will also be stuck with a car mat that I have no use for. Excellent.
Retailers, you would be better off nailing your stuff to a frisbee and hurling it over a f*****g rainbow, rather than using this egregious excuse for a courier firm; my heart sinks every time I see their name against an order I've placed. I genuinely do not know how they are still in business.
