Sold my phone on eBay for £250. Paid for next day delivery via Hermes. Spent the next month looking at the tracker from Monday March 15th. Finally got £20 compensation 20th April 2021. Had to refund the buyer on eBay. Now down 230 pounds. There is nothing I can do about it apart from cry.
Some interesting watching if YouTube search Joe Lycett's clip on what Hermes does with your 'missing' packages, they go to auction and sell them.
It's a shame as very convenient drop off points and cheap service, just do not send anything valuable ever.
