Everything. Delivered to incorrect address. Said recipient wasn’t in when they were in the house with the front door open all day! When asked to deliver to alternative address they tried the same address which I told them no one would be in so they rescheduled again. Package damaged when finally arrived. Can’t speak to a human being. Robots only give same answers no matter what your issue. They are just absolutely terrible and I will now check when I use a retailer to see who they use to deliver their items before I shop with them. If it’s Hermes... it’s a no from me.
