They claimed to have attempted delivery, yet it is impossible to approach our house without us knowing. We were in all day. No card was left, so they clearly never attempted delivery. When they did finally deliver after the weekend, we were out, but they ignored our instruction to leave it in a safe place and they left the large parcel ON THE FRONT DOORSTEP, in full view of everyone. So if your parcel hasn’t arrived it may be late, or not bothered attempting delivery, or stolen from your house. You’ll never know, and good luck trying to chat to the bot they use for ‘not live’ chat.
