I ordered something from Amazon, without realising that it was a third party seller that uses Hermes. If I had have known they use Hermes, I wouldn’t have placed the order.
As expected, we’ve had an online note saying that they “attempted delivery at 1.24pm but unfortunately they ran into an issue”. What on earth does that even mean.
The end result is that once again, we don’t have a parcel delivered.
