Bought an item from ebay, had no idea the courier would be Hermes otherwise I would have never placed the order.
The ebay app told me it had been delivered and yet it's not here. I checked Hermes' tracking website and it didn't recognise my post code.
God I hate hermes. I wish DPD would be the only courier as they know how to do it right.
