SHOCKING - DONT DO IT!!
SHOCKING - DO NOT USE HERMES IF YOU ARE A BUSINESS! Out of the last 13 parcels we have sent with Hermes 2 have been "lost".. or stolen. Both times we paid for a next day service, but on the day of delivery the tracking info updates to say there has been a delay. A week later customer services say a sweep of the depot has been performed and the parcel cannot be found. These are not small parcels we send - large at 80x40x30cm..they can't just go "missing".. perhaps Hermes are still sending parcels straight to the auction!?
Now, compare this poor service against other providers we use - UPS (our usual choice) - 191 parcels sent with 0 lost, or Royal Mail which we send low value items with - 811 parcels delivered with just 1 lost.
If you're a business or a sender, do not use Hermes. You will lose out!
