Anything more than worst, it's Hermes. Very useless! A parcel I paid next day delivery for since 23rd of April, yet to be delivered, today is 19th of May, what a shame!! Customer service said it got lost in network. I sent another about 2days ago, on tracking it, it says "a mojor event have happened to the parcel " rang Customer service today, they said it's been damaged, i don't believe them, probably this parcels are being stolen. Don't use Hermes for your business. I regret I did and they ruined their day not mine!
