Waited in all day for my parcel to arrive, as I never got a time slot as I always have done on the past.
At 7.00pm there was a knock on the door, it was a neighbour from the next street who lives at the same number with my parcel.
This is the 2nd time in a month I have been unsatisfied with hermes, the last parcels I received looked liked they had been dropped in a muddy puddle. The girl that used to deliver was brilliant and now we have 2 men in a van that doesn't look road worthy. Service is diabolical.
