Terrible and disgusting service
First time using hermes DEFINATE LAST
Paid for a courier large parcel delivery
Went through hell trying to even print label
The driver came in huge van and pretended my parcel was to big and refused go take it.
No reason why he lied at all but i think its a scam
I cancelled the courier informing them what the driver did and was told i would get a refund
3 Weeks later no refund and im hung up on when i call asking for my refund
DO NOT USE THis fake company
