You should be ashamed with the services you provided.
It was the first time I used this company to collect my customer's parcel. I booked it for next day collection and my customer took time off work waiting for the collection.
Hermes advised at 6am: 'Your friendly local courier will be calling to collect your parcel today'. But then at 11:15am, the tracking say:' Your friendly local courier couldn’t collect your parcel today, we're sorry about that. We'll try again on the next working day'. They just re-scheduled the collection for next day!
My customer took another day off and waited for all day for the collection. At 17:45, their tracking say: Thanks for letting us know you don’t need us to pick your parcel up anymore.
What?! Why?! nobody contacted them to cancel the booking. In fact their customer service is not contactable! Their website only provides a chat function and a computer answer phone. It goes round and around circles asking to provide a tracking number and there is no option divert you to speak to an agent.
This was the worse delivery services my customer and I have experienced.
