AWFUL!
Waited at home ALL DAY in such lovely weather. They Re Scedualed my delivery later then never turned up and told ME it was MY FAULT, and that i WAS NOT HOME and there was no safe place to leave my parcel. i was home ALL DAY and nobody came to the door
The delivery attempted number they sent online as an image DIDNT MATCH MY ADDRESS
Pure LAZINESS and LIES..
THANKS HERMES FOR WASTING MY WHOLE DAY AT HOME. ABSOLUTE KNOBS!
