Ordered a hair dryer for next day delivery, got update to say parcel was too big for delivery and had to go on a specialised van. REALLY.?? It’s not a hairdryer for an elephant. Can’t get through to Hermes. Useless digital assistant and no way to speak to someone in person over the phone. Hermes, this is no way to run a company, perhaps you are hiding behind digital answers because you have so many complaints to deal with. Absolutely appalling customer service, or more to the point, lack of. Why are major companies still using this shoddy courier company baffles me.
