After waiting in all day, I received a message to say my parcel had been left in a recycle bin and a photo to prove it. My bins are behind a locked gate, no one knocked or left a card.
whose bin it is, I don't know. Contacted Hermes on the chat line. Their messages said they didn't recognise the tracking number they sent me or my post code. Useless.
