They keep my item a Battery which cost me £66 I had to send it twice and didn't advice that I not suppouse to send batteries.
Paid over £40 for to send the battery and I didn't get a refund for postage and also they keep the Battery.
Customer service hang out to me at least 3 times.
Usless emails flowing up and down without arriving to any conclussion.
I waste my time, my money and my patience with this SCAM company.
Avoid at all cost.
