Just Awful service..
No human contact at all was on hand and repetitive robots.. Spent an hour trying to get through just for some answers to a problem with a parcel not being delivered.
So frustrating, bad management for not acknowledging and customer care appalling.
Still left with no answer and a possibility I have been scammed with no help!..
Hermes you do really need to listen to your customers and not rely on robots.
