This tracking number (H0067A0008038297) shows my parcel has been sitting at your depot since 5th June.
There is no option to arrange a delivery or ask why its is sitting there for that long? (please dont tell me otherwise) All i get is a robot that is obviously not set to resolve problems relating to this nature. When i call you "NO HUMANS" same thing, when i email you i am directed again by a robotic automated email to the first robot to be told the same thing again. that tracking number i have given, will give you my name and post code. can you resolve this or is it going to be another robot?
You don't have to call me or anything "Just please send the parcel out for delivery, instead of it sitting there" You have all the information.
P.s. ill be heading over to all you social media with the same message, until I get a response or my parcel
