Parcel was to be collected from my house on Wednesday. I waited in for 4 days before taking it to a collection point miles away on Sunday. Someone arrived on Monday when I was out and told a neighbour they would return on Tuesday to collect it. Finally at 7.10 on Wednesday morning Hermes arrived for my parcel. I will NEVER use Hermes again.
