Terrible service, they forget you are availing yourself of a service offered and paying for it.
2 parcels returned to QVC on same day, one received one not. No information re parcel since 12th June 2021 . Customer services negligible, online robot who can only stick to a script.
Where is it? Am i the only person concerned? apparently so.
