This company is the worst thing to come out of Germany. Third parcel they have lost but much worse when you to claim they just do not communicate. Even Trading Standards couldn’t get in touch
I only used them this time after many months hoping they had improved but they are as bad as ever. Forget the contact phone number it just transfers you to the rediculous cartoon help chat
