Spoke to IAN MILLER on the phone told him hermes have mentally Broke down my wife and he could give a toss! Awful £150 worth of goods now gone! Hermes accepted that had took the parcel and accepted they had got it at the warehouse. All of a sudden they have lost it and they are only giving me back £20 🤔 why would they ask what the value of the box is if they only give £20 insurance. Blatantly been stolen!!! Pathetic never go with this company
