This is a review of the 'light & large' collection services offered by Hermes in the Norfolk Broads area. My experience with this company so called 'the parcel people' happens to be my worst customer experience of any kind ever. For a week I waited for an item to be collected. Five failed attempts ultimately leaving me with negative feedback from an eBay customer. Appalling company.
