BAD BAD BAD SERVICE
I COMPETENT AND UNRELIABLE on more than one occasion delivery has been delayed for not apparent reason they just refer to you were not in and not given 3 option times for redeliver and delays could last over the actual date of delivery from 2 days to over 5 days. It shows that their organisational skills are incompetent low staff and expect confusion and mistakes.
Unfortunately some sellers on ebay are using Hermes to lowering their delivery costs.
