I had a pair of shoes which went missing. Despite contacting Hermes I got no compensation they dragged their feet so much and made the claim so inaccessible I didn’t bother.
Sent another parcel this week which arrived incomplete. Was well packed and had obviously been opened and items removed then repealed.
Both parcels had been extremely well packed. Again Hermes would not deal with the problem and denied they were liable
They are just a cowboy outfit. I would rather pay more and have an honest trustworthy courier not these cowboys
