Yes they do tell lies and the guy who covers my area refuses to deliver down my 1 mile driveway while all other carriers do , have complained to the local manager at Bodmin who says I can't force him to drive to our house so he returns parcel back to sender, will someone at Hermes sort the Bodmin depot out.
I now will try to only order from people who don't use Hermes.
They turn the joy of buying something into a stressful event.
