Be very careful using Hermes! They are a faceless company based around a very unhelpful digital assistant. Not a real person. And they don’t have managers to give you call backs.
They apparently damaged my parcel beyond repair and then destroyed it. I have a recording of the conversation I had with them and will be posting it to YouTube soon to show how much they care about customers.
They should have consulted me before destroying my item, I also do not believe it was damaged because it was made from stainless steel which is virtually indestructible.
